CEO Power Planning

Stop Spinning, Get Clear and Get Moving

Next session: December 12th @ 12:00-2:30 pm EST

A two and a half hour facilitated workshop to set your next 12-week goals, break them down into an executable action plan and create a resource plan.

“I don't even know how to put into words how powerful this session was, right? Like I had all of these ideas and things in my head and how can I possibly get them done and what am I doing anyway? …. At first I was a little overwhelmed…. But you made it doable. And now I'm all set for the next 12 weeks. So thank you. Thank you. That was awesome.”

It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day…

there are so many details in running our business and so many things happening around us. We become a slave to our to-do list and find ourselves spinning and spinning but not moving toward that vision of what we want our business to be.

Setting and executing short-term goals pulls us out of that cycle and generates the momentum to propel our business forward.

I invite you…

to join me for this facilitated workshop where we’ll brainstorm and then nail down your goals for the next 12 weeks. You want to make sure you are working on something impactful to your business, right?

Then, we’ll break it all down into an executable action plan. This will guide your activity over the next 12 weeks.

And finally, we’ll create a resource plan where you’ll think ahead about what will be needed to achieve your goals.

What this workshop will do for you:

  • Ensure that the things you are doing are moving you forward, not just spinning you in circles.

  • Provides time to work ON your business instead of in it.

  • Accountability to get your planning done!

The details:

  • Planning worksheets

  • Clear goals, an executable action plan and a resource plan

  • $97

  • Limited to 10 participants.

Lots of people like to plan their whole year. For most service-based small business owners, this is not the ideal planning timeframe. It’s way too far out. There are too many things that change before you get anywhere near the back half of that year:  your business, your clients, your life, the world in general. It makes planning that far out impractical.

And the goalposts are just too far away. It’s hard to muster any urgency for a deadline that is 11 months away.

12 weeks is an optimal planning timeframe for the small business owner. It’s far enough out that you can get a lot accomplished, and it’s close enough that you can see the goalposts. It creates some urgency which helps you get into action.

Why do we plan 12 weeks at a time?

“This was the best under $100 I’ve spent on my business.”
